Went for dinner on a friends b-day. For starters i noticed the place looked real dirty.they need to really work on making the place look decent inside.we waited basically 45 min. for our table and when we got seated our waitress seemed rushed by our seemingly small drink order..I understand it was busy but customer service is customer service. our food seemed rubbery also . guess he over cooked the shrimp and undercooked the steak.the cook was entertaining to watch though i give him that.to make it short we had a horribly memorable time there. its our second and last time we will ever go there. SORRY HANA. Benihanna it is the next time . their cheaper and have a lot more professional customer service .
