I rented some items from Party Time Rentals and made changes to my order to remove some items 12 days before my event. I called Party Time before I needed to make the change to my order and was told by Party Time that I had up to 7 days prior to my event to remove items from my order without incurring a penalty. Party Time charged me their ""cancellation"" fee even though I did not cancel my order. I removed items that I no longer wanted. I called several times and asked to speak to a manager and not once ever received a call back. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I do not recommend working with them at all!!! The have no customer service after you've signed a contract with them!!!
