Dr. P is wonderful! He welcomes questions, and is compassionate & gentle. He thoroughly discusses your options and takes your concerns seriously. His PA is good too; she's understanding and seems knowledgeable. I've never waited more than about 10 min. in the lobby and then about 15-20 min. in the exam room to see the Dr. or PA. The one time I called in to speak to someone about a flare that was going on , they connected me to the head nurse. She was rude and snappy. She is usually pleasant enough on office visits. I know his brother is a rheumatologist too but I've never seen him...only Paul Pickrell.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Closet-sized exam rooms (really, like 4 x 8)
