They've been in business for a couple generations. Known for quality products. Famous for extremely crabby, unhelpful customer service. Seem not to know the words: hello, good morning, thank you for calling, may I help you, thank you for your order, one moment, mam, I'll check your order's status. My favorite response was: ""We don't call customers, we have too many."" If you are looking for a customer focused vendor, you won't find it here.
