I have found since the new person has gotten there the customer service is very poor. Will not be accomodating for people's lifestyles and emergency changes. Has been rude to my guests when they were helping me move some items in and out. Is very demanding and will start harrassing you when you are late even though you have told them time and time even in writing that you get paid in the middle of the month. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY!
