The owner of this company came to help me figure out why no heat was going to the upstairs. He did something to the boiler and all of a sudden water was pouring into the basement and the laundry room on the first floor. He disclaimed any responsibility for the burst pipe but worse than that, when I asked for help he said he would have no one available until the following week (it was a Friday). He walked out of my house with water pouring out of the burst pipe and basically told me I should shut the main down (which I did not know how to do). There was no one I could complain to - given he is the owner of the company. I am currently in a payment dispute with them. I would NEVER recommend them and in fact would advise anyone who asks to avoid them.
