I called them to get a quote to replace my broken Garage door opener and spoke to the a lady. She was extremely rude and bossy and never let me explain what I needed. When I mentioned that I was calling to get a comparison to a quote that I had already got from another company, she became upset and started asking me questions about the other company like name, truck type, did they give a quote on a letter pad, etc., and then refused to quote a price as she would not compete with somebody from the street.
Pros: None whatsoever
Cons: The lady treat their potential customers rudely!
