There are LOTS of people who are in the landscape business. Only a handful have the education and customer service skills to differeniate themselves from the herd. These guys are the best. Granted they are not always the cheapest, but what you end up with is a top-notch job with long-term support after the project. If you want a low-cost bid that looks nice there are lots of places to go. If you want a job with a big ""WOW"" factor then Tim and his crew are the only place to go. They have done several jobs for me and are always on time, leave the site spotless when they leave and don't nickel and dime you after the job has started.
Pros: well-educated, certified personal; years in the business; lots of references
Cons: not always the cheapest, but excellent quality work
