I just found out about this ""review"" , the truth of the matter is that I do not know why this persons fish died. They did not bring me a water sample or give me any clue on the fitration system or lack of one. Fresh water fish can get accllimated to poor water quality as well as good water quality, however when I deal with someone who is so narrow minded too beleive that frozen worms would HURTall of there fish is not understanding what potentialy could of also went wrong. First thing we did when she came into the store with the frozen bloodworms is feed them too every fish in the store, nothing died!!! next we gave her 50 or 60 dollars worth of free fish to calm her down because she was crying. So how do you explain to someone water quality and chemistry when they are in that state of mind, the only thing we could offer her was free product. The moral too the story is you can not please everyone all of the time we deal with living animals and I have too assume they understand that sometimes there are problems out of my control. BE sure of this fact I have been in business for 20 YEARS and did not surrvive threw the decades by being rude or selling defective products(bloodworms). ATLANTIS PETS INC. EST. 1988 412-882-7222
