A past customer of mine had notified me of a review posted as ""what can happen next"". As I read the review I found it bothersome. I realize that everyone has an opinion an are entitled to them. But for someone to hide behind the keyboard and tell a one sided story that leaves most of the details out gives a FALSE impression of the situation. I am Kevin Kapinos the owner of Kapinos Builders. I have been doing remodeling in harford county for 22 years. And this is the first time I have ever come across a customer such as this. This is the first time my guys were cursed at for doing things we were requested to do. This is the first time they waited outside so the owner could finished shouting profanity at her children while getting ready for school. This is also the first time that I have had a homeowner that refused to work things out. With any large renovation (this one was about $250,000.00) there is disruption. It is my job to address any concerns and to make sure the project is completed in a quality and professional manner. And I could provide a list of references that would stand behind Kapinos Builders and state that we are not a company as discribed by this ONE homeowner. And it is only ONE!
