When I need to ship anything out I always go to the ups store. They are so friendly and considerate. They may a little more exspensive then others at times, but the workers are reliable and kind. I once shipped a package (I packed myself) of family heirlooms and it arrived damaged. I explained the situation and the woman ( manager)? showed deep concern. She explained to me the process of fileling a claim and apologized for Ups's negligance. I would recommed anyone to the Vernon ups store.
