Training with Thomas at LifeBODY Fitness has been so fun! He pushes me to work hard, but not to the point where I feel frustrated and never want to return. In addition, I always get compliments from Thomas and Tiffany about how hard I'm working, which is super motivating! Compared to trainers I've had in the past (ones who looked bored during the workout, pushed too hard, criticized my eating or tiredness) these folks are amazing.
