I came to LifeBODYFitness hoping to gain some confidence back after a series of injuries and to help break my cycle of long sedentary work hours. After some bad gym experiences and not ""clicking"" with other trainers, I had almost given up and my motivation was low. In just a few months of working with Celeste (as well as the positive and friendly energy that comes from other trainers who are often present), I'm feeling like my body is strong again. I am looking forward to taking things up a notch.
Pros: Trainers are experienced. Clean studio. Parking. Conveniently located. Organized scheduling.
Cons: I can't go every day!
