Unless you have a luxury and willing to pay about $1000 even for an oil change, don't even bother going to this mechanic. But if you do go there, make sure your itemized list of the parts does not contain parts you really don't need. Of course you can change any part of your car ""to be sure""! But a good mechanic would be able to tell you what is strictly needed and what is an extra expense. Probably they are used to deal with customers who don't care what the repair is about. So they can pretty much charge you whatever they want. Be careful. As far as I was concerned I need to remove a noise from the front tire. In the part list they have included even the motor mounts!! What's next? The rear mirror as well? Oh, one more thing... if you don't have a luxury car, they might refuse to work on your car. That's what happened to me. Conclusion? Snobs!
