I have recently moved into this complex, thinking it would be great. Only being here two weeks I have had no electricity for the first week, following the sink disposal wasn""t working, then the dishwasher broke and needs a new ""transmission"" following both of my toilets stopped working with one of them overflowed and flooded half the apt with no one answering the so called ""emergency maitenance"" that they claim to provide over the weekend, i have had two broken toilets ALL WEEKEND. And with mentioning all these issues to their dept ""Resident Services"" all i get is an apology........
