Hearthside and Home caused a gas leak while installing a gas fireplace insert at our home. Then they left without detecting it, or at least without informing us, and - when we called them - wouldn't come back out to fix it that afternoon. They told us we'd have to wait until 9:30 the next morning. We wound up having to break a window to ventilate the basement, and then we called the gas company (PSE) to address the leak.
