We ordered blinds for our home four years ago and everything was fine. We ordered another blind for our basement and had a terrible experience. Kim who sets up appointments has terrible communication skills. They don't put the customer first and they could careless about you and your time. They don't keep their word. DO NOT get your blinds from them. more
