Poor pharmacy service. 1. Mixed up prescriptions on one occasion. NOTE: just refill amount and type. No other patients meds were confused with my order. 2. They stated that my call in refill were available and bagged for me and on two occasions they were not and I had to go back to pick them up or wait at least 45 minutes to have them filled. No thank you - I'm a busy person and that's why the reorder was called in - to save time. 3. On one occasion they said my new prescription was available and it again was not and had to be ordered, which took not 2 days but 4. To boot, they would not call around to see if they could find the meds locally. Walgreen's provides this service - why don't they. The problem was that the med was needed ASAP. 5. Lastly staff- specific pharmacy techs and clerk were rude. Pros: Store itself is clean and outside pharmacy staff is helpful. Cons: Pharmacy organization, communication and lack of customer service. more
