I decided to support my local communitie's economy so I booked an appt for hair styling and make up at this salon for the very first time. I often go to hair salons and I was not impressed with their services one bit and to top it off I developed pinkeye a couple days later. After contacting the manager Jessica Ginn to report my diagnosis, she completely blew me off and not only did not have one ounce of sympathy for my situation, but practically blamed me for having to buy new make up brushes for the salon. Needless to say Customer Service is not her main priority and getting my money back was completely of the question. My experience there has led me to lose 4 days of work due to the contagiousness of the matter and much discomfort, on top of throwing away my hard earned money. I really hope this is an isolated matter but thats not for me to research. I have contacted the appropriate state medical board and business relations agencies for that. Please pass this information along to all your friends..I know I will.
