The service department is not courteous and helpful. They definely do not go the extra mile to make sure that you will refer them or come back. If you buy a car from a different dealership they will not honor any of the other dodge dealer's agreements. On one occasion I brought my dodge to motherlode moters because my drivers side door wouldn't open. Well the service guy accused me of slim jimming my door. I told him I didn't and he preceded to badger me. I left and took my dodge to fireside dodge and they did not accuse me and found out it was a mechanical defect in the door - they covered it and it was fixed. today i went to motherlode motors to help with the U-Connect in my vehical and they said it was technical and they would have to charge. i left again and another dodge dealship helped me pair my phone to the u-connect. the u-connect is a devised that came with my dodge installed by dodge - I can't believe that motherlode couldn't even help me pair my phone with their equipment. i just bought my car 3 months and this is the service that motherlode motors provides- so again buyer beware these guys don't help after you purchase a dodge product their just out to obtain more revenue. I do refer Fireside Dodge in Modesto and Curt Hudge Dodge- they are kind and courteous and honor other dodge agreements. Pros: IN SONORA Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE more
