We hired Mad Hatters to clean the air ducts and dryer vent in our house. After their service our dryer stopped working. They came back out and confirmed that they did not perform the dryer duct cleaning correctly. They reperfomed the cleaning. Our dryer stopped working again. Since the repairman who fixed the dryer won't sign a statement that it was the duct cleaning that broke the dryer, Mad Hatters has refused to pay any portion of the repair cost or offer compensation for the inconvenience of multiple service visits to correct the initial problem.
