Called Hartman in September 2007 because of ice on our air conditioning unit. Were told numerous things they thought might cause it. While technician was there our fuses blew in the house. Then we were told it was our compressor. Not only do we believe they shorted out the compressor but it was under warranty and they charged us $1100.00 labor to fix it. When we turned unit back on this spring, guess what ICE again. We called and the owner told us he was done with us.
