I originally sought Keli?s help to stop smoking. I had quit on my own for about 8 months, but never lost the desire to smoke. It was a constant battle that I lost when I went back to school and my stress skyrocketed. In no time I was back up to a pack a day. It took a couple of sessions with Keli to get to the underlying issues that triggered my desire to smoke, but then it was like magic! I simply woke up one day and it didn?t even occur to me to smoke. I should add that this was only 3 days prior to hosting a 17 person Christmas dinner (my family and his) and through all that stress I had no cigarette cravings. It has been 6 months to the day and I haven?t had one cigarette. More importantly, it hasn?t been a struggle and I?m perfectly comfortable around my smoking friends without feeling like I?m missing out.
