I was quoted a price of $55 for my hair after my hair dresser looked at the length of my hair. After a long painful hair cut where she pulled, yanked, and tangled my hair even though I said that it hurt - my hair dresser wrote up my ticket and charged me $65 instead. I questioned it but nothing was done. I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.
Later on I decided to call back and ask the manager about it. I called on Saturday and the receptionist said the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. The receptionist took my name and number and said the manager would call me back on Monday. A week has passed and I have received no phone call.
