I could go on and on about the AWESOME massage I received at the spa, but it was the extra mile that my hosts went to that really made it an incredible experience. Someone passing my car in the parking garage had noticed that my lights were flashing, so after I was already changed into my robe I had to re-dress, go to the garage and check it out. It was nothing, but by the time I got back inside I was a little flustered and 15 minutes late in starting my supposed relaxation! Not only was Monica wonderful about me holding up her schedule, she told me to take a few extra minutes to relax before we started so that I would enjoy it, because it was all about me (being the mother of two young children, it's never about me so that was really nice!) I still had my hour long massage, even though I went over (luckily there was no one booked behind me), and Monica made it a wonderful experience, I think I would even say the best massage I've ever had. As if that weren't enough, the gentleman out at the desk told me when I checked out later that he had gone down to the garage himself after I went in for my massage to make sure my car wasn't acting up again! I was so pleased....it made for a really nice end to what had been a stressful day (because of my car and other stuff). It is so rare to find good customer service these days, and I really felt like Woodhouse went above and beyond what they had to do. I will definitely be back!!
