I went to BCG about 6 months ago. I was first quoted once price for foils on the phone, then charged a higher price when it was completed. The number of foils remained the same. I also preferred to go to one of the other hair dressers instead of Nicole. However, since I was a walk in, Nicole still insisted I was her client and I was charged her higher prices instead of the other hair dresser's. It was not a good experience at all. I will never go back. more
