I placed an order for a cabinet on 2/23/07. I was told it should be ready in May 2007. I put the required amount down on my order. In June 20007 I found out that they may go out of business, so I called to find out the status of my order, they couldn't find it and needed to talk to the owner, ROYCE. I was told I would get a call back, never did. I called again and told my order would be ready in three weeks. Again no calls to say it was ready. I have made numerous calls and told that they finally found someone to make it. That was in April 2008. It is now the end of June 2008 and I still do not have my order. I try to be patient but this is ridiculous. I'm sure that the owner, ROYCE wouldn't want to wait 16 months for me to pay him. Unless you want to purchase something already completed that is available at the store I would NOT recommend this place of business. Pros: Good quality furniture Cons: poor customer care/ projected time for product to be completed underestimated more
