I'm writing a review because I saw many negative reviews with regard to the service and wanted to share my positive dining experience.
We had a party of 10 about a month ago for 6pm on a Friday. We were seated immediately, drinks orders were taken and arrived as each group in our party arrived. The service was prompt and pleasant. There were no glitches in service throughout the evening. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive.
Our party ordered a variety of dishes and the opinions ranged from good to excellent (most being on the excellent end of the range). The dishes were creative, unique and well done.
I'm planning to eat at Roux again tonight.
