When I received a hurried manicure and pedicure at Kim's, the manicurist nicked my toenail cutical. Within days I had an infection. Antibiotics did not cure it and it was necessary to have the infection lanced and the toenail removed. I called to speak to the manager but my phone call was never returned.
Cons: rushed, not clean
