i have been dancing at mary ellen's since and i was 5, and am now 12. i love that almost all of the teachers are teenagers, and make class fun and exciting. most dance studios will give you old ladies for teachers, and inforce old style EVERYTHING. now im not saying mary ellen's doesnt inforce rules, but makes everything fun, and keeps us in the dance 21st century!! Do not listen to other reviews saying that Mary Ellen isn't kind to her dancers, Mary knows me, and most everybody at the dance studio by name. She can be a bit strict, but you have to be with children. I am in Ballet Company this year and am very excited to start on July 7th. I would most defenitly recommend Mary Ellen's to any dancer.\r
