I believe the staff at Coal Creek to be knowledgeable and caring. However, they will recommend every test under the sun for your pet. Even for routine annual exams, they will suggest extra panels of blood work that other vets do not routinely order, and services I had previously been given gratis by other vets (trimming dog's nails) I was charged for. I have taken my dog there for a couple years, but we will be changing vets because I am frustrated by the constant badgering to add on costly services. I shouldn't have to psych myself up for assertively saying NO just to take my dog to her check ups!
