Terry Ferrin quoted me an insurance price on a car I recently bought but when the policy arrived, he billed me 400% more than the quoted price. When I called him to discuss it, he hung up on me because he said he has sold insurance for thirty years and doesn't have to justify his actions to anyone. I am sure Farmers has other good agents in Springfield but don't choose this man, he is a dishonest.
