I would like for everyone to know about my experience of visiting Alicia's Salon & Day Spa. \r

I think each person should make sure of the prices before getting your hair cut. \r

My hair was cut and done incorrectly and they charged $36.00 for just 1 1/2 inches cut off and not done like I asked. I did not get a shampoo, just a cut.\r

I decided to call and talk with a manager and asked her what a hair cut prices should be and she explained that with a shampoo and cut and style would be $35.00 to $45.00. I explained that I did not get all that and my hair was cut incorrectly and could I receive a refund on what I should have been charged with out the extra's, not for anything other than what I should have been charged and she said she doesn't give out credits and I told her that I would never come there again and she said she was sorry.\r

This infact is their policy and I feel they take advantage of the public with their prices.\r

I would never visit again.\r

p.s. As i understand through others that that dont care for children in the salon either.
