I have used this company since 1990 to buy cars from and to service those cars. In the past few years, I have not had good experience from their service department. They will give me an estimate over the phone that is very low for a specific routine maintenance, and when I will get to the checkout desk, the repair is 3 times what I was initially told. I wait in the waiting room for all my service and instead of coming out to have me review extra work they find to do, they just do it. Once I checked out and noticed I was charged for almost a half hour more certified mechanic billable hours than I was at their service shop. That's when I decided never to go back, after years of previous business with them. I don't know what happened to this business. It used to be so good.\r

My family and I have purchased several cars from them. I personally have driven 3 different cars from them. If they were not the best I would not have used them for so long. All it took were two visits with terrible customer service for me to switch companies. When it comes to spending hundreds of dollars to make certain my car is in perfect condition, I want honesty, somewhat accurate estimates, and to be told about additional work if I am sitting in the waiting room with my cell phone in my hand. If you tell me 100-something and it is over $500, I will not say anything to make a fuss in the office. You will just LOSE MY LONG TERM BUSINESS. I guess they thought I would not count the billable hours and compare it to how long I was waiting in the waiting room. One mechanic alone was billing me for a half hour longer than I was there. The billable time is not calculated in hours. It is by chunks of minutes. I don't appreciate the dishonesty.
Pros: used to be great
Cons: not great in the past few years
