My drive belt broke on my vacuum cleaner. I was in a hurry and called the nearest store to where I was at. I described my model of vacuum cleaner and he said he had the part. When I arrived a short while later he had the part on the counter and said you must be the one who called about the Kenmore. I like the fact he took time to remember their customers.
