I am writing this invitation to all that have endured the painful experience of dealing with \r
Mathis Brothers Furniture (MBF) customer service. \r
I too have had a horrible experience and I have found that we are at their mercy. We need to join together in an effort to bring light to this injustice and hold MBF accountable to their actions. \r
I purchased a sleeper sofa on March 17th of 2008 and it is now Jun 24th of 2008 and they have just rescheduled the delivery date for the 4th time and its now Jun 30th! How can they expect me to trust them?. It?s worth mentioning that they have never attempted to contact me to let me know the item was not arriving on time, I have had to make contact with them every time. Also, carless attitude in which they deliver the news is offensive, like a slap in the face. Not only are they not interested in keeping you as a customer but they disrespect you with their carefree way of handling your call. As if they are doing you a favor in
