As with others, my husband and I wanted to make an appt for cleanings- and this is where our insurance has ASSIGNED us! We went in not having any dental problems. We were early and had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes, then went to back rooms for more wait. (We too had to sign papers stating that Amber/BrightNow were absolutely "irresponsible" for any damage to our beings.)
