Dr. Scott and his staff came highly recommended before we sought his services for our child's braces. A daunting decision was broken down in steps, and it made it easier to understand what we were undertaking. Feed back at each visit let know how we were progressing. Reminders are called in the day before, which is a nice touch. Checking in for an appointment is done via a touch screen, and parents can have a cup of coffee or tea while waiting for the adjustments. \r
My son likes the ability to choose colors of the ties, he has chosen the colors of his sports teams, his school, Halloween, and Xmas. \r
Dr. Smith and the staff understand how sports are part of many children's lives, and also helped us out with mouth guards. We are now on "phase 2", and are very satisfied.
