We had reservations for a party of 18 yesterday. We had paid a $35 down payment for our reservation which was at 6 p.m. We never got a table after waiting for an hour. The owner never apologized or offered us anything for the inconvenience of making our party wait for so long. All he would say was, "What do you want me to do about it?" Well, I'll tell you what we wanted, the table we reserved and paid $35 for, you jerk. We ended up leaving, going to my sister-in-law's house and ordering take out from another restaurant. What an embarrassment this restaurant caused my family and we will never go inside this restaurant again. My niece was upset ? it was her birthday party. The food may be good, but who can put up with a place that treats its customers so shabbily???
