My experience at mounds has been pleasing however I was let down. I purchased a collar that I wanted to exchange. The tag was on the collar. I forgot my receipt and was unable to exchange the collar despite having the mounds tag on the collar. I was not requesting a refund but just an even exchange. I have spent a lot of money at the store and was let down that they were not more accommodating. I now try to do all of my pet shopping elsewhere
