I've been using the HHAH for a variety of pets over the last 35 years. It used to be that staff were cordial and professional...now, the staff (especially the vets themselves) are rude, condescending, and seemingly uncaring. It used to be that everything was taken care of at once because a head-to-toe assessment was done; now the pet owner has to repeatedly ask for the "left paw to be examined when the 'reason' for the visit is due to a sore on the right paw!" There's no excuse for this lackadaisical attitude--I think it's time for an attitude adjustment or retirement as I plan to retire from using this facility any longer.
