I had an AC unit installed last year (2007). The installation was great and workers hard-working and pleasant. I expected some service this year, but have seen or heard nothing. Last year when I called to check if I was eligible for a rebate, I was told "no" which is okay since I had opted for a cheaper model. I do think the lady who is owner needs someone else to handle calls. She really has poor customer service communication skills, but so far the AC unit has been fine, so I guess I'm lucky.
