Best place in the fantastic small town of Flushing for a young lady to have a great time, exercise and be very fit, gain a lot confidence and grow personally in a very healthy manner. Also for men that have been attending classes occasionally. My daughter Stacia has been attending for years and was able to develop her talents into becoming a teacher for the school, of which has grown enormously in the last few years. Very highly recommended to any parent for their child to be involved in, nothing but good things from Judy and her daughters. You too will very soon be writing a good review!
