I just got off the phone (Thursday, June 5, 2008) with BRAD at Olson Brothers. My son's BMW was stolen awhile back, ultimately recovered, and then sent to Olsen. However, I am dealing with is since son is on an east coast visit. I cannot say enough about how courteous and helpful Brad was. He saved me a lot of time and effort and his exceptional customer service warranted a note here. Any needs I have in the future where Olson can fulfill them, they have a customer. Not to mention referrals. Rarely do I encounter that level of customer service, especially on the phone, unless I am the one providing it. Way to go, Brad!
