Other than the family loosing a dear member, this experience with Olinger in Castle Rock Colorado has been the worst ever. Everyone you talk to you get a different answer from. We did not even no when we would be getting our loved one back, 3 days the first answer 5 days the second, 2 weeks the third. Our obituary was lost 3 times and finally got into the paper 2 months after his death.
Pros: We thought it would be convenient because of the location and our family has been in CR for over 25 years.
