Bought a refurb computer and found out the hard way that it had counterfeit Windows on it - it will NOT update and it will NOT validate. The message from Microsoft was I'm a victim of counterfeit software.\r
Almost as bad, the case inside is FILTHY like it wasn't really refurbished at all, yet the guy said it had all new parts - processor and fans. Then how can they be so dirty!!!!!!!!!!!
