i was very happy with my experience with Dr. Wayne Downs, he was very thorough in his questioning and physical examination before providing me with his opinion and plan for treatment. he provided me with detailed information and explanation and asked me more than once if i had any questions. He thoroughly read the referral report that was sent to him and brought up questions about symptoms from them that i forgot to mention. His office staff was very friendly and efficient.
