My husband and I ate here out of desperation. We were starving and it was hot out. We visit the city often, and had never eaten here. We had heard great things about it. Dont believe those that say this is a great place. It is fairly roomy and nice on the inside. It has a nice historic appeal. But the service we recieved was horrible. Our waiter never smiled one time. He was short with us and seemed pushy to get us out of his way. When you work with the public as waiters/waitresses do, you should smile and be friendly. Especially if your expecting a good tip from me! \r
The food was just ok. I would not call it horrible, but I have certainly had better! I ordered a cajun chicken breast. It was overcooked, and the spices they ""rubbed"" on it, were so thick that I could not finish it. They were not spicy at all, like you would expect from cajun. It was like they had taken a whole bottle of season salt and poured it on top. It crunched between my teeth. The fries that were served with the meal, were soggy and gross. Our waiter never once showed back up to ask us how our meal was. And it was not a busy day. I counted only 2 other couples sitting in our section. \r

I would not send anyone here to eat! We should have stayed hungry and kept looking on the Landing for a place to eat!
Pros: on the landing
Cons: service and food
