A year ago I received a friendly phone call asking me if I wanted a free copy of a Marketing report. I received the free copy, then emailed the only email on the publication to cancel. They continued sending it, and then billed us. I, then called and left a message to cancel on their ""subscription line"". They stopped for a few months, then started again. I told the financial person here that I have cancelled on numerous occasions, that they should not be billing us. Today, June 4th, one year later, I get a call from International Credit Recovery saying that the bill has gone into claims, and they are a collection agency. I faxed a letter, with back-up that I cancelled, and am sending them a FedEx package demanding their direct signature. This is a nightmare. It is very sad that people are out there doing business this way. This is reflection of the people and the product. Do not respond to anyone asking if you would like a copy of a free marketing report.
