Terrible treatment of their clients. Rude, unprofessional, slow service, told me they don't care about me, they are just in the business to make money. They will falsify information on your tax returns & when you question them about it, they will be speechless and say ""that how it is"". These people are clueless about how to treat customers, they do not return phone calls, will not get your returns done until 5pm on April 15, will make you wait at least an hour if you have an appointment with them, and charge you for every little thing including emails you send to the. They misrepresent themselves at CPAs but they are just tax preparers like H&R. I will never do business with these people again.
